Article 1 : Purpose of the terms of service
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rules for use of the “VITAL CARE” website published by the company Vital Care Production Distribution et Logistique SPA , joint stock company with share capital of 660,000,000 Algerian dinars, registered in the Algiers commercial register under number 06/00-0116647B16, having its head office in Semmar “Djenane Bodjakdji », said Citizen (block 272, section 01) Birkhadem, Algiers – Algeria.
These General Terms and Conditions are concluded between any user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “the User” or “You”) and the Vital Care Company.
By connecting to the Site, you accept without reservation all of these General Terms and Conditions and undertake to respect your obligations. If you do not accept the T&Cs or have reservations, please do not use the Site’s services.
The T&Cs express the entire agreement between You and Vital Care applicable to your use of the Site, Vital Care reserves the right to modify these T&Cs by updating them at any time. The version of the T&Cs that is applicable between You and Vital Care is that at the time of your connection and use of the Site. We therefore advise You to consult this page regularly in order to familiarize yourself with the T&Cs in application when You use the Site.
Do not use the Site if You do not agree with these T&Cs. Use of the Site after publication of the T&Cs represents full and unreserved acceptance of them.
Article 2: Purpose and functionalities of the Site
The purpose of the Site below (“Purpose”) is to select candidates for positions offered by Vital Care through its Site by proceeding as follows:
- Pre-select Candidates
On the basis of legitimate interests and in order to carry out pre-contractual activities, Vital Care may use the Curriculum Vitae that You upload to the Site containing your personal data to examine your application. Therefore, your personal data is used to evaluate your profile and create a shortlist of candidates.
- Select Candidates
On the basis of legitimate interests and in order to carry out pre-contractual activities, Vital Care may use the Curriculum Vitae that You upload to the Site containing your personal data to manage the recruitment process. Consequently, your personal data is used to respond to your application, to conduct interviews and check your background and references, as well as any other relevant documents (immigration, diplomas and identity).
Vital Care makes a clear distinction between personal interactions and professional interactions. Consequently, with regard to the employment of relatives, no preferential treatment is granted to candidate parents of collaborators.
During the recruitment process, if you provide personal information through a professional reference, such as a colleague, we assume that you have their authorization to do so.
Where permitted by law, the interview may be recorded.
- Manage the pre-hiring process (onboarding process)
In order to carry out pre-contractual activities, Vital Care may use your personal data to adjust a recruitment offer and prepare contractual documents, prepare your arrival (IT, etc.) and your integration. During this pre-employment phase, Vital Care may process personal data such as your marital status, current compensation and benefits, and other financial data. The objective is to prepare a relevant remuneration offer.
- Create a database of applications
Based on its legitimate interests, Vital Care may retain your personal data in reference files to inform you of other opportunities or to consider you for other vacancies.

Article 4: User license
Vital Care grants you a personal right to use the Site and its content. This right is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, worldwide and free basis and for the sole use of the Site, to the exclusion of any other purpose.
It is strictly prohibited to access and/or use and/or attempt to access or use source codes or objects from the Site.
You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Site or its content, nor any rights other than those conferred by these T&Cs.
Article 5: Personal data
The personal data used are mainly your name, first name, email address, password (secure and encrypted) as well as all the information reported in your Curriculum Vitae (hereinafter “Personal Data”).
Personal Data is collected and processed only for the execution of the determined Purposes.
The Personal Data collected is subject to processing in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018, Vital Care collects data and creates User files and will respect confidentiality and data security obligations. which are incumbent on him.
By accepting these T&Cs, You expressly accept the processing of your personal data.
The recipients of Personal Data are limited exclusively to people authorized to know your Personal Information due to their functions. Indeed ; only people involved in the recruitment and integration process have access to your Personal Data. Vital Care may transfer your Personal Data to third parties involved in the recruitment process.
Vital Care imposes on third parties the necessary technical and organizational measures and guarantees, including contracts to protect your Personal Data, in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Law.
Recipients may include:
- Vital Care employees and its affiliated companies involved in the recruitment process.
- Our partners and subcontractors (external recruiters).
- Legal and administrative authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

Your Personal Data will be kept for as long as necessary to finalize the recruitment procedure.
If you are hired, Personal Data will be processed to prepare your employment contract, Vital Care acting as employer, and You as employee.
If you are not selected for the position applied for, and unless you object, Vital Care may retain this Personal Data for 24 months from the date of uploading your Curriculum Vitae to the Site.
Article 6: Data hosting
Personal data will be hosted by a subcontractor of the publisher VITAL CARE.
Personal data will be hosted in Algeria.
Article 7: Intellectual property
The entire content of the Site is subject to Algerian and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property.
All reproduction and representation rights relating to the Site are reserved for Vital Care, including all graphic, iconographic and photographic representations, regardless of the territory of protection and whether these rights have been the subject of a deposit or No.
The reproduction and/or representation of all or part of the Site, including all trade names, brands, logos, domain names and other distinctive signs, is formally prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by law.
Article 8: Non-waiver

- The User acknowledges that data circulating on the Internet may be regulated in terms of use or be protected by property rights.
- The User is solely responsible for the use of the data that he consults, queries and transfers on the Internet.
- The User acknowledges that Vital Care has no control over the content of the services accessible on the Internet.
Article 13: Force majeure and third party reasons
We will not be held responsible in the event of delay, interruption or non-performance of our obligations arising from these T&Cs, if this is due to a case of force majeure beyond our control. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, governmental acts, technical failures, network failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
The occurrence of a force majeure event does not constitute a waiver of our rights under these T&Cs. Any right or remedy available to us under these T&Cs will be maintained even in the event of force majeure.
You must immediately notify Vital Care if you know or suspect that your account has been hacked or compromised.
You will be responsible for all transactions made through your account at any time prior to Vital Care’s receipt of your notice.
In the event of prolonged force majeure preventing the normal resumption of our services, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate our services permanently. In such event, we will notify you as far as possible and we will not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from such modification, suspension or termination.
Article 14: Applicable law – Disputes
These T&Cs are subject to Algerian law.
Any dispute concerning the Site or the interpretation of these T&Cs will be submitted to the territorially competent court near the head office of Vital Care.
